PriceChecker - ItemFinder is an image price checker. You can use the scanner without creating an account, and we do not ask for your name, contacts, or location. On Android, non-intrusive banner ads may appear on result and History screens, and optional rewarded ads may be offered when the daily free scan allowance is used.
Product photos
When you choose to examine an image, the photo is sent securely to the PriceChecker analysis server and Google Gemini so the product can be identified. PriceChecker does not intentionally save uploaded photos after the request finishes. The service provider may process the request under its own terms and privacy policy.
What stays on your device
The selected photo is kept in memory while you use the scanner. Small readout thumbnails and results may be saved in local device storage for History. You can clear that local history from Settings, and removing the app removes temporary app data managed by the operating system.
Permissions
Camera access is requested only when you tap the camera action. Photo access is requested only when you choose an image. You can deny either permission and use the other available option.
Ads and your choices
On Android, non-intrusive banner ads may appear on result and History screens. After using the daily free scans, you may also choose to watch a rewarded ad for one additional scan. Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) may collect and share information such as IP address, ad interactions, diagnostics, and device or account identifiers for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention, subject to your choices and applicable regional requirements. Product photos and examination results are not used to personalize ads. You can review available ad privacy choices in Settings. See Google's privacy policy for Google's handling of ad data.
Third-party processing
Google Gemini processes the image and prompt needed to return the readout. Do not upload passports, payment cards, medical information, faces, or other private documents.
Your choices
You can remove a photo before sending it, clear local history, deny permissions, or stop using the service at any time. For privacy questions, contact yennetgame@gmail.com.
